Refund Policy – MYSTARR STREAMING

MYSTARR STREAMING offers refunds for digital products and services only under specific conditions. We strongly recommend using a trial period before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

MYSTARR STREAMING provides refunds only in the following cases:

1. Full Refunds (Within 24 Hours)

  • A full refund is available only if the purchase was made less than 24 hours ago.

  • After 24 hours, a full refund cannot be processed under any circumstances.

2. Partial Refunds (After 24 Hours)

  • Partial refunds may be granted only if:

    • The issue is caused by MYSTARR STREAMING, and

    • The problem cannot be resolved within 72 hours, despite our support efforts.

  • All refund requests are reviewed individually.

  • Our support team will contact the customer in all refund-related cases.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

  • The customer does not like the channel list.

  • The customer has found another service.

  • The customer refuses to follow or apply the troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.


Refund Processing Time

  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds are usually processed within 20 to 31 business days.

  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days, depending on the payment provider.

  • MYSTARR STREAMING is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

  • We are an IPTV service provider, not a payment processing company.

  • Once a refund request is approved and user details are verified, we will submit the request as quickly as possible.


Service Interruptions & Channel Availability

While most of our servers are stable, temporary interruptions or slowdowns may occasionally occur. These issues are not permanent, and our technical team continuously works to resolve them.

Common causes include:

  • Customer internet connection fluctuations.

  • Issues with the customer’s device, app, or configuration.

  • Customer’s Internet Service Provider (ISP) problems.

  • Temporary channel outages from the source server.

  • Server updates or restarts required for performance optimization.

  • The customer changing their mind or requesting to switch servers.


Extended Outages Caused by Us

If a customer is unable to use their IPTV subscription for 72 hours or more due to a problem caused by MYSTARR STREAMING:

  • We will either issue a full refund, or

  • Extend the subscription for the lost time free of charge, plus an additional bonus to be mutually agreed upon.
